My work is rooted in the full scope of Ayurveda. Not just the food and herbs, but the daily habits: yoga, meditation, and mindset that hold it all together. This is how I live, not just what I teach. And it works, even when life gets loud.

With a background in Public Health Education, I blend tradition with real-world strategy. This isn’t about rituals or rigid rules. It’s about helping women in midlife and beyond feel sharper, age stronger, and stay connected to themselves, especially when things get messy.
